Great for when new piercings are healed and can downsize. It was great for finding the correct length after healing.

The ball won't stay on the bar, no matter how tightly I screw it on it falls off after a few hours (or less) of wearing despite it being the right size.

Perfect. Lovely item. Not like the others this is good quality and value. It is not sharp when you put it in and the balls stay in place. Very happy with this item and will be buying more.
