I like this safe. It fits my Walther PDP- F Series 3.5. Easy quick access. I haven’t used it to transport as of yet. It’s currently on my nightstand

This fits under the seat of both of my automobiles. I had another one from a different manufacturer and when I bought a new car, it would not fit. This also is large enough to hold several different sized handguns, or other personal items that I may need locked up while I go into a secure facility. The largest I have put in the case, is a PSA Dagger Compact, that has a Holosun red dot, and a flashlight on it. It fits perfectly, as does anything smaller. I can also lock my phone and wallet in it if I'm going to be wading in the river. Works great. I purchased another cable from Valtek so I could keep one in my other automobile.

Better than nothing. It will keep my kids out. But apparently you can pick the lock pretty easily.It is slim and holds a compact pistol with optic and light. It does open easily and functions well.I have not tested how well it would stand up to physical abuse though.

I ordered this as an efficient and secure way to store my EDC when traveling. Upon receiving my Lifepod, I noticed that the (1) key would fail to recognize my touch seemingly at random, making it difficult to access the contents when I needed them the most. Not ideal.I reached out to Vaultek as suggested by the card that shipped with the product and the customer service rep got back to me the very next day. After providing a few bits of information (proof of purchase, model number, etc.), the rep informed me that Vaultek would be shipping me a brand new Lifepod as well as a prepaid shipping label to return the defective unit upon arrival. No hassle at all, just a resolution to my issue.Received the new unit, which functioned flawlessly as expected and shipped the defective unit back with the prepaid postage.Despite the issue I encountered at the beginning, the customer service experience gave me 100% confidence in Vaultek and their products.
