Il libro segue un andamento lineare (dai primi esercizi sulle basi fino ad arrivare a fraseggi più complessi) senza mai sprofondare troppo nella teoria. Esperienza appagante, consigliato.

I didn't dislike any thing about this book, it has enhanced my practise regime and probably made me all the better for it. Cant say the material isn't available elsewhere but at least here its all in one place

Chicago Blues Guitar by Andi Saitenhieb is one of the best blues guitar courses I have come across in print. The book goes far beyond memorizing a bunch if licks by rote. The method is delivered using a chronological approach which gives you all the elements to play Chicago Blues including rhythm, fills, lead and more, including 6 awesome solos and audio files. It can be studied chronologically in order or cherry pick your way through and choose what you need to work on. I believe there is something in this book for guitar players of all levels. I am an intermediate blues player and I know I will probably reference this book for the rest of my playing days. A must have for any Chicago Blues fan.

a wonderfully balanced book with all most important knowledge and experience you need to understand the Chicago Blues. The solos at the end of the book will give you something you can learn and develop long after finishing this book.

Great book! I am enjoying it very much.I am mystified by the less than positive reviews.It is clear, easy to read, and a perfect introduction to Blues Guitar for a beginner/intermediate player.Nice explanations about what "makes up" the Blues as a form and style.It takes you from a basic 12 bar explanation through some fairly easy to play solos.I have other similar books in this series, and this is a great new addition to the collection.Even for a more advanced intermediate, the coverage of blues-specific structures is worth the price.
