El tamaño perfecto
El ajuste perfecto para un puño de bicicleta es determinante para la comodidad y la seguridad en el agarre.
El alcance de la mano es la distancia vertical desde la punta del dedo medio hasta el hueco del pulgar. Porque así es exactamente como se envuelve el puño.
Los tamaños de los puños pueden diferir en diámetro, longitud y forma.
Fijación interior - Confort exterior
La fijación para el manillar está en el interior y el manguito de sujeción interior está solo en el tercio interno del puño. En consecuencia, el puño es un poco más difícil de ensamblar pero ofree un confort notablemente mayor. Con un poco de limpiador de frenos, los puños se deslizan fácilmente sobre el manillar y son inamovibles después de unos cinco segundos.
Ergobar
La Ergobar es una elevación ondulada en la parte inferior. Esto da como resultado una parte inferior del puño plana y ligeramente angular. Perfectamente adaptado a los huecos angulares de los dedos.
Propiedades
- Vaina interior - Facilita el montaje/desmontaje de los puños sin frustraciones.
- Amortiguación - El material adicional al final del puño ofrece más "recorrido amortiguador".
- Seguridad - El extremo del puño elevado sostiene la mano en el manillar, incluso en terreno rudo.
- Superficie - La forma externa aplanada, ligeramente extendida hacia adelante y hacia atrás, aumenta la superficie de contacto y, por lo tanto, reduce la presión.
- Elevación - La elevación se aplica alrededor del puño para que la amortiguación total siempre esté disponible incluso en descensos empinados.
- Pieza única - El extremo del puño está cerrado. Los tapones al final del manillar ya no son necesarios.

I bought these to help with wrist problems when mountain biking. The grips are comfortable, don't slip and seem to fit my hands well. However, the instructions are not clear and its hard to tell the correct orientation. So I do what seems to feel best, although it doesn't look right.

Ich habe sie seit ein paar Wochen im Einsatz, und der Unterschied zu meinen alten Griffen ist wirklich enorm.Die Griffe liegen super in der Hand und bieten perfekten Halt, auch bei längeren Touren. Die ergonomische Form unterstützt die Handgelenke und sorgt dafür, dass man auch nach mehreren Stunden noch entspannt unterwegs ist. Gerade bei steileren Anstiegen oder ruppigem Gelände merkt man, wie gut die Griffe den Druck auf die Hände verteilen und für mehr Kontrolle sorgen.Die Montage war kinderleicht und hat nur ein paar Minuten gedauert. Alles sitzt fest und verrutscht nicht, auch bei intensiverem Fahren. Die Griffe sind nicht nur bequem, sondern sehen auch noch hochwertig und schlicht aus, was gut zum Rad passt.Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit den SQlab 711 2.0 Griffen. Sie sind stabil, angenehm und sorgen für ein deutlich besseres Fahrgefühl. Für alle, die auf Ergonomie und Komfort setzen, sind diese Griffe die perfekte Wahl!

The original Brompton grips wore out after a reasonably short time and would cause me some wrist stiffness. These grips are so much better and don’t look too odd on the bike.

To start with, they are one of the most ergonomic grips made. They have an unusual contour (shape), I'd say either you like them or not so much. Mount them to start, with the 0-degree marks on top. Make sure u put the "right hand grip" on the right side, "left hand grip" on the left side. Go by the actual words on the grips, "right/left". Depending on your bar width & sweep, adjust the 0-degree marks forward or back to your personal preference, (another way of saying "your ergonomics"). I mountain bike a lot, so I'm hard on all my bike parts, that said, your handlebar ends may cut through the ends of the grips, as they are made from a soft rubber. This is what we do when putting on any soft end grips. A Nickle (5 cent piece) is the same size as your handlebar O.D. diameter. Place a Nickle inside each grip and push to the far end, this will help keep the handlebar ends from cutting through the ends of the soft rubber grips. It is important to have some protection for not getting stabbed by the end of a handlebar in a fall, at least not as bad as a open handlebar end would skewer you. My wording has been awkward, but I hope this review might help somebody. They are excellent handlebar grips, but you might like a more simple grip contour.

Es algo muy personal y no a todo el mundo le viene bien, en mi caso muy bien, sin guantes no tienen buen agarre, te levanta justo este poquito el exterior de la palma y me quita manos dormidas,
