Fits my fold up bike perfectly. I love these handle bar grips, they are easy to fit and tighten exceptionally well. These have been a much needed upgrade to my bike frame. They look great.

Montados en mi bici de montaña, con los puños normales sufro de que se me duermen las manos o ese desagradable cosquilleo que leyendo por internet se produce al estrangular una vena.Con estos puños tienen una superficie extra y colocandolos de la manera adecuada a tu posicion en la bici notaras mucha mejoría.Son faciles de instalar ya que con un tornillo se ajusta. Pero tienes que estar seguro que esta bien apretado ya que si no se puede mover.Los guantes se agarran bien y son antideslizantes.

Die Installation der Griffe hat bei mir einfach und problemlos funktioniert. Mit den beiden Metallmanschetten kann man sie perfekt arretieren und sicher befestigen. Das dazu benötigte Werkzeug ist sogar im Lieferumfang enthalten.Das Material fühlt sich angenehm an und bietet einen sicheren Halt, ohne dabei zu kleben. Die Form ist wirklich ergonomisch und hilft, auf längeren Fahrten Ermüdungen vorzubeugen.Besonders gut gefällt mir das Design. Es ist schlicht, hat aber trotzdem etwas Sportliches und ist sogar ein kleiner Hingucker.Übrigens: Wer viel schwitzt oder auch schon mal dreckige Hände vom Basteln oder Arbeiten hat, sollte vielleicht lieber die komplett schwarzen Griffe nehmen (obwohl ich die zweifarbigen noch schicker finde), denn das helle Grau kann nach einiger Zeit durch Schmutz oder Schweiß unansehnlich werden. Das passiert allerdings auch erst nach Jahren der Benutzung.

These were ordered to use on a mountain bike that my son & I were rebuilding having rescued it from behind a garden shed. Unfortunately we used a different set of gear shifters to those we had planned to and these weren't compatible with them, the good news is the bike is now back on the road and being used by another neighbours son for school.Instead I decided to use them to replace the old cylindrical shaped grips on my mobility scooter.I don't use it often but it's a useful standby for those periods when my mobility is compromised, I've never really liked the grips that were on it, they are barely wider than the bars themselves, don't really afford any insulation from the vibrations or cold transferring from the metal bars and in pretty much every other respect they just let the scooter down.These are a vast improvement, they fit very well, installation is easy and takes just a couple of minutes each.They give very much more grip than the ones they replaced and in fact more than most bike grips.The thicker rubber gives great insulation from both vibration and cold which in winter months like we are in at the moment where the temperature even in the south has seldom got above 3°c for a couple of weeks.The biggest improvement though comes from the shape.Mobility scooters aren't fast, the handlebars tend to be narrower than those on a bike and they are often hard to adjust to a more ergonomically suitable position for the rider, very often forcing a sort of "sit up & beg" position on the rider which can be fatiguing over time, especially when coupled with the interminably low speeds some scooters are restricted to.Even what seems like quite a short trip can take a long time, going to my local hospital just four miles away for example is at least a 90 minute round trip, often it can take an hour each way.This can result in a lot of fatigue in the wrists, forearms and shoulders. the design of these grips when fitted properly lifts the palm and wrist keeping a straighter line along the hand through the forearm and up to the shoulder, far better for the joints and muscles and less fatiguing.Even without the benefit of the added insulation from vibration & cold they would be worth fitting just for the added comfort on longer trips.Similar grips from some mobility shops are far more expensive so as far as I'm concerned £7.99 is a bargain.
