Started tearing at the bottom on the second use. The impact tarp strap tore, and this caused a ball to fly though the mesh at the back. Luckily it hit the fence behind.

The net went together pretty easily, and it looks fine. But I put the anchors in the ground, and hit 1 ball into it and it ripped the fabric hooks on all four corners where the anchors were, and went rolling across the yard. One shot and the whole thing is ruined.

My son is enjoying this net so far. Pretty easy to assemble but you would need 2 people for sure. The hitting mat is a little small but over great net for the price.

I recently purchased the 10x7 ft golf practice net for my son to practice his golf swing in our backyard, and it has been a fantastic addition. I just started playing golf this year with some of my coworkers. I bought this net after playing 3 games. With my work schedule its hard for me to find time to go to the driving range, not to mention the cost starts to add up after a while. I found this net while searching for an alternative to going to the driving range that I could use in my backyard. One of my favorite features of this net is how little space it takes up, living in the city my backyard is small but level.I started using this net twice a week for about an hour in place of going to the driving range and I instantly saw great results. I went from a score of 150 to 125 after only 2 hours of use. After a month of use, about 8 hours, my score is almost below 100. This net has helped be a lot with making contact with the ball and working on my swing. The target in the center is really nice to let you know that you have the right arch on your shot. And the colored pockets are nice for practicing chipping. The only thing that this net can't help you with is putting.This net comes with 5 real unmarked golf balls and practice mat complete with rubber tee. When I bought this net I also bought 2 driving range style baskets that hold 50 balls each and enough plastic waffle and foam balls to fill each. So I've not hit real balls into this net, not saying that you couldn't use it for that. I just live in a subdivision so I wanted soft balls that would not damage anything if I missed. The mat is very nice with a solid rubber bottom and two different textures of grass one smooth and one a little taller. I have the mat centered in front of the net about a Drivers length away, so that I can get a full swing.The net is very easy to set up and comes with a nice bag to store everything but the mat in when you're not using it. It took me about 10 minutes to set up by myself. The net also comes with 4 anchors to keep it in place. I've had mine set up since I got it, only moving it to mow, and its not showing any signs of wear or discoloration.
