Got it for the flash circuit and that works well, but I was wanting the one shown in the picture for a smaller board.

I bought this for an electronics project, so I was going to strip it anyway, but I still needed the circuit board to work. Battery had a blue/white film on the contacts like it was 5 years old or something, and it still wouldn't work after swapping the battery. Maybe a short in the circuit? I'm not sure, even after looking over the circuit board very closely, I'm still new to electronics. Ended up running to CVS for another disposable camera that luckily works. These things are way too expensive and outdated to not work, unless they're selling stock 5-10+ years old, trying to get rid of the last of them. $20 for two outdated, overpriced, and obsolete DISPOSABLE cameras, only to toss the film. If my CVS had used disposables, I'd take all of them, but I'm stuck paying for them. These things aren't even worth $4 as they are intended. A basic camera phone costs no more than, what? $30?

battery was dead. only used as a prop, but would have been fun to have the flash work.

Something about having a camera I can take somewhere to get prints "the old fashioned way" rather than with cameras of today. Can even have pictures from single use camera on disc for computer.
