Really easy to use! It folds up well and is very lightweight. It slides very easily and I could definitely feel it working. There were no instructions on how to insert the attachments but it was very easy to figure out. There are a few diagrams displaying the different exercises you can do, it would have been helpful if more were included to display the variety of exercises you can complete (but there are videos online you can watch so it depends on whether you want to spend the time searching for them)

I really liked it, I use it for the abdomen and the leg muscles
