This is a review of the Yongnuo RF-603CII-C1Great little wireless flash trigger and wireless shutter release.This does two separate things: triggering off-camera flashes, and letting you press the shutter remotely. The two functions are completely separate - you can use one of these as either or as both at the same time.Note there are two different shutter release sockets on different models of Canon cameras. If your camera is not listed as supported in the description above, then check out the other Amazon listing for the RF603CII-C3 which has a different shutter release cable. Link: The box includes two identical RF-603CII wireless gadgets, that can work as a transmitter or a receiver or both, and a separate cable for the shutter release feature. Each wireless gadget needs two AAA batteries, that are not included (so buy four AAA batteries in total).Each wireless gadget has a hot shoe at the bottom to attach it to a camera or stand, and a hot shoe at the top to attach it to a flash. The hot shoe at the bottom has a locking feature, which is a plastic nut that screws down on plastic threads to firmly attach it to the camera/stand. I'm not convinced this plastic nut will last very long, it feels a bit cheap and there are notches for grip that look like they'll be weak points, so I'm going to be careful with it.Apart from the plastic nut, build quality is good - metal hot shoes and good quality plastic casing and switches.There are 16 radio frequencies, set with little switches behind the batteries that are fairly easy to change if you need to, but won't be changed accidentally. The default frequency works fine unless there's another photographer near you who's also using these, in which case one of you needs to switch to a different frequency.For flash triggering: This is part of a system of compatible devices from Yongnuo, so you can mix-and-match depending on what you're trying to achieve. You need a transmitter on the camera - I've tested with one of these, or with a YN560 IV flash in transmit mode, or a YN560-TX transmitter/controller. You also need a receiver on each flash - I've tested with one of these on a Canon 430EXII flash, or with the YN560 IV flash's built-in receiver, or a combination of those. It works well. Manual mode only, does not support TTL, but if you're doing multiple flashes then you're going to want manual mode anyway so you can get the shot looking good. Tested mainly with shutter speeds of 1/200, but a test at 1/250 worked too.Since this RF-603 transmitter has a hot shoe on the top, you can put it on your camera and still use an on-camera flash or other hotshoe-mounted accessory, as well as the wirelessly-triggered flashes. However, this only passes through the manual mode flash signals, you can't do TTL that way.Each RF-603CII wireless gadget has a standard PC socket that should be able to trigger a studio flash, if you buy the right cable, but I haven't tested that. Yongnuo makes for that, but it's a standard connector so you should be able to use any flash cable with a PC connector. This is also supposed to be compatible with the YN560 III flash's built-in receiver, but I haven't tested that.For wireless shutter release, you have one RF-603CII wireless gadget near the camera - you'd typically mount it on the hotshoe so it's out of the way and so it can trigger your flashes, but it doesn't have to be on the hotshoe. You connect that to the camera using the cable provided. Then you press the shutter button on any other RF-603CII wireless gadget that's in TRX mode. The shutter button has the usual two-step action, so you can half-press to autofocus then fully press to take the photo.The RF-603CII wireless gadget has a switch with three positions: Off/TX/TRX. I normally leave it set to TRX mode, in TRX mode the button triggers the camera as described above. If you want to test the flashes without taking a picture, change it to TX mode and press the button.

Los compré por recomendación de un amigo que los tiene y me había dejado pobarlos. Son mejores de lo que parecen, con una construcción más que aceptable y buen alcance. Las instrucciones vienen en inglés, pero se tarda un par de minutos en aprender como van, incluso sin tener ni idea. Que solo sirvan para disparar en manual (sin TTL ni alta velocidad) ayuda mucho.Para empezar en el mundillo de la foto con flash sin gastar mucho dinero es más que suficiente.

No me esperaba que por este precio fueran a ser unos elementos tan buenos. Yo sobre todo los uso como disparador inalámbrico de mi cámara, pues hago mucha fotografía nocturna y cuando viajo los empleo para hacer fotos con trípode en las que aparezca yo. Como disparador de flash fuera de la cámara también los he usado alguna vez y también van genial.Las pilas que usa son de las normales, de las que puedes encontrar en cualquier supermercado y duran una barbaridad.

Dopo un lungo periodo di riflessione e molto tempo speso su amazon per cercare il trigger migliore per le mie esigenze ho deciso di comprare questo prodotto. Innanzitutto la spedizione come sempre ineccepibile: nei tempi e ottimamente imballato.Parlando del prodotto: nell'imballo ci sono i due trigger con un cavetto jack da 2,5" e un manuale di istruzione in cinese e inglese, ma è veramente semplice capirne l'uso. Esteticamente (anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte!) sulla mia 450D appare armonico, così come quando è montato sotto il flash (uno Yongnuo YN600EX-RT). Monta due batterie AAA per ogni trigger e non sembra essere molto dispendioso per quello che riguarda il consumo. Ha alcune piccole pecche (scritte sotto), ma tutte ampiamente superabili!Le caratteristiche:* funziona molto bene come trigger e ha una portata molto ampia, riuscendo a trasmettere anche attraverso muri molto spessi* se collegato alla macchina fotografica con il jack in dotazione funziona come telecomando a infrarossi (anche con la messa a fuoco automatica), anche se il secondo trigger è collegato al flash, pronto per scattareVeramente consigliato!!PRO:* estremamente economico* leggero e portatile* lunga distanza di ricezione, sia come trigger che come telecomando per lo scatto remoto* esteticamente gradevole* consumo di batterie minimo* molto ben funzionanteCONTRO* non scatta se la macchina è in live-view* non funziona in E-TTL* non funziona con lo scatto sulla seconda tendina

Los he estado probando y cumple perfectamente con lo esperado, la verdad es que no se muy bien porque los etiquetan como C (Canon) o N (Nikon) ya que son exactamente iguales, solo cambia el cable extraible con el conector para estas 2 marcas de máquinas, este cable solo vale para utilizarlo como disparador remoto inalambrico, este cable el conector que va en el trigger es tipo jack estándar, el otro extremo es el especifico para cada máquina de fotos, es tan estándar como el lleva el intervalometro Gloxy o el disparador JCC, tengo un cable del intervalometro para mi Fujifilm Finepix HS20EXR y el del disparador es de la Olympus E-510, he probado el modelo (Yongnuo RF-603II/C1) con dichos cables en las cámaras citadas y funciona perfectamente como disparador remoto.

I have a few old flashguns from previous cameras and a newish Nikon speedlite and I wanted to experiment with studio-style photography using both my Nikon D300 and Fujifilm X-T1. I tried using optical slave triggers which have the advantage of being cheap (about £3-5) but there are drawbacks. They must be in sight of another flash and annoyingly, my old Cobra flashgun wouldn't trigger in time with the shutter, whatever settings I used. I almost got rid, thinking it was faulty.Then I read about radio triggers and saw YouTube videos about the Yongnuo 603s.I bought a set marked 'for Nikon' which come with a handy remote shutter release cable that fits my D300 allowing me to use another 603 trigger to take shots. I also bought a set 'for Canon' because the cable with those fits my X-T1. The triggers arrived within days and come well packed with an instruction booklet (which I haven't looked at). A quick look at unboxing on Youtube shows they are easy to set up. Sure enough, they were fitted with batteries (2x AAA) and ready to work in a few minutes. They are well made, sturdy and the switches feel slick and precise. Just make sure all the triggers' jumpers inside the battery compartment are set the same and they will communicate with each other. Indicator lights show whether the trigger is set to transmit only or transmit/receive. I set the one on my camera's hotshoe to transmit the others on the flashguns to transmit/receive.So far, all the triggers have proved reliable and I'm delighted that even my Cobra now fires in synch with the shutter and I have three fully functional flashguns. Of course, they have to be used in manual mode - no TTL function - but that is fine and with experience it's easy to get exactly the lighting needed. There are, of course, far more sophisticated triggers on the market but I'm impressed with both the build quality and functionality of the Yungnuos and especially the price which compared with some is a real bargain.

Funcionando perfectamente con una Canon 1000d, la pega es que las zapatas no llevan ajuste de tornillo y bailan con un flash tocho.

A ver para empezar decir que no soy entendido en este tipo de cacharretes, pero hasta ahora y por lo que los he probado me parecen estupendos, y paso a explicar un poco porque...Lo primero el alcance que tienen, brutal, no creo que vaya a poner el flash tan lejos ni de coña, pero saber que tienes ese rango tranquiliza, sabes que en distancias normales no va a fallar.Segundo que ambos son transmisores y receptores, por lo que tampoco tienes que ir mirando cual es cual, simplemente funcionan y bien.Tercero la facilidad de uso y las posibilidades, incluso yo que repito no tengo mucha idea, no me llevo mucho rato entender como funcionan y empezar a trastear con ellos con el flash en cámara, o fuera de ella.Cuarto el tamaño, ideal para llevar en cualquier sitio, mochila bolsa o incluso en el bolsillo, usan pilas normales fáciles de encontrar en cualquier tienda, por si te hiciera falta, otros llevan pilas mas difíciles de encontrar...En definitiva muy recomendables, por lo dicho anteriormente y por el precio...muy competitivo tambien, yo los uso con el flash youngnuo YN568EX II y perfecto. Al comprarlos fijate en el elegir el modelo que corresponde a tu marca de cámara, ya que los hay para canon y para nikon...

Ich fotografiere sehr viel in Aquarien und war es leid mit einem TTL- Kabel entfesselt zu blitzen, man ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes zu angebunden , deswegen war ich auf der Suche nach einem günstigen aber brauchbaren Funkübertragungssystem , TTL-Übertragung wäre zwar wünschenswert gewesen aber nicht zwingend erforderlich , so bin ich bei den Funkübertragungssystemen von Yongnuo gelandet .Das RF 603 II habe ich gewählt , da es in mein Budget passte und man die jeweiligen Geräte als Empfänger und Sender einsetzen kann ,das ich bei dem System aufs TTL verzichten muß und den Blitz damit nur manuell steuern kann hat mich nicht weiter gestört , Blitz manuell etwas heller oder dunkler regeln ist schließlich kein Problem ;) ,also gesagt getan und bestellt , am nächsten Tag war es da und ich muß sagen ich war für das Geld von der Verarbeitung einfach begeistert , die Batteriefächer gehen problemlos auf und zu (was bei billigen Produkten ja leider meist nicht der Fall ist) die Schalter lassen sich leicht stellen und rasten auch fühlbar gut und es hat einen Metallblitzfuß , welcher schön stabil ist , auch das Gehäuse ist gut verarbeitet gut gerundet und keine scharfen Grate und Kanten.die Bediehnungsanleitung ist leider nur in englisch , aber selbst mit meinen geringen Englischkenntnissen problemlos zu verstehen , da auch gut bebildert ,als erstes erst mal die Empfänger und Sender auf den Funkkanal synchronisieren , kurz in beiden Geräten die Mini SMD Schalter in die gleiche Position bringen , da muß ich sagen die Schalter lassen sich recht schwer schieben und man hat Angst etwas kaputt zu machen ,dann noch den Wahlschalter am Gerät auf der Kamera auf TX und am Blitz auf TRX stellen und schon kannst los gehen ,ich kann nur sagen ich bin begeistert von dem Gerät , es löst immer zuverlässig aus , egal ob auf dem Aquarium postiert , in 10m Entfernung (weiter hab ich noch nicht getestet ) oder selbst durch eine Mauer .Leider hat es auch einen Nachteil , welcher mich aber nicht wirklich gestört hat aber zu beachten ist , es funktioniert nicht mit allen Blitzgeräten, mit meinem Metz 44AF 4C funktioniert es leider nicht und löst den Blitz nicht aus , mit den Hauseignen von Yongnuo funktioniert er im manuellen Modus des Blitzes perfekt.ich habe hier mal eine Liste von Blitzen , wo ich im Netz gelesen habe das sie mit dem System zusammenarbeitenYongnuo : YN565EX, YN-468II, YN-467II, YN560 II, YN-460Metz: 58 AF-1, 48 AF-1Canon SpeedLite:580EX II, 580EX, 550EX, 540EZ, 520EZ, 430EX II, 430EX, 420EX, 420EZ, 380EXPentax: AF-540 FGZ, AF-360 FGZ, AF-400 FT, AF-240 FTNikon Speedlight:SB-900 SB-800, SB-600 (Autostandby ausschalten), SB-28, SB-27, SB-26, SB-25, SB-24Olympus:FL-50, FL36ich benutze das System jetzt seit einem Monat und benutze es fast täglich , die Batterien(pro Gerät 2x AAA) habe ich noch nicht austauschen müssen, es arbeitet also recht stromsparend, Ausfälle oder Aussetzer hatte ich in der Zeit auch keine zu beklagen.Alles in Allem bekommt das System von mir eine fette Empfehlung ,für alle die auf der Suche nach einem günstigen und gutem Funkübertragungssystem sind , solange sie auf die TTL Übertragung verzichten können

Estos disparadores los he probado con 6 marcas diferentes de flashes y funciona perfectamente con todos, la unica recomendación es no dejarle las pilas puestas para transportarlos ya que el interruptor de encendido es muy suave y facilmente se pone en posición de encendido con tocarlo incluso con la tela del maletín de la cámara; en unas tres ocasiones me quede sin pilas y no los pude usar por esa razón, ahora solo le pongo las pilas en el momento de utilizarlos.IMPORTANTE: Probe a dispararlo montándolo en una fotocelula que se activara con la luz de un flash TTL para sincronizar otro flash externo a alta velocidad con la cámara pero no funciona (algunos disparadores si lo permiten). Esto por si a alguien se le ocurre comprarlo para ese fin.He montado el disparador Yongnuo sobre la zapata de la cámara y sobre este he montado otro disparador PT-16 GY 16 y los dos se activan perfectamente mandandole la señal a sus respectivos receptores.

Très polyvalent, permet de déclencher un flash à distance, de déclencher l'APN à distance grâce à la fonction télécommande, ou les deux. Si vous voulez faire des photos au flash déporté ou de la photo studio, c'est vraiment très pratique, pour ne pas dire indispensable.J'ai un vieux Flash Speedlite 200E (et non pas EX) pour Argentique INCOMPATIBLE avec mon boitier numérique CANON EOS400D. Par curiosité j'ai essayé avec ces déclencheurs et surprise, il fonctionne. Certes, je ne peux pas régler la puissance (vieux flash tout simple), mais il ne m'a absolument rien coûté et il rempli bien sa fonction. A moi de gérer comme un flash manuel (sans TTL et sans réglage). Je compense avec le boitier APN, puis orientation du flash, utilisation de diffuseurs...J'ai commandé un flash YN 560 III qui possède un récepteur intégré qui devrait me permettre de commander 2 flashs à distance.Contrairement au premier modèle (version I), le switch ON/OFF est accessible directement. Plus besoin d'enlever le flash de son support. Il y a aussi un système de serrage pour ne pas perdre l'ensemble (flash + déclencheur) en route. Apparemment ça arrive plus souvent que ce qu'on pense. De mon point de vue, le supplément de prix est donc justifié.Je recommande ce produit aux amateurs de photographie et SURTOUT, à ceux qui veulent essayer la photo studio (avec au moins 2 flash, 3 c'est mieux), au flash déporté (macro, portraits) et à ceux qui aiment expérimenter. Donc si vous ne faites pas de photos "basiques", ce "gadgets" vous donnera une autre dimension de travail, comme une corde supplémentaire pour votre arc.Au plaisir,

Estos transceptores son realmente eficaces cuando quieres separar los flashes de la cámara. Funciona con todos los flashes que dispongan de un contacto central. Si posees un flash YN-560 III (que incorpora el receptor de radio) solo necesitarás un transceptor en la zapata de la cámara en modo emisor y el YN-560 III se disparará, por lo que podrás usar el segundo transceptor en otro flash más antiguo o de otra marca y disparar así dos flashes al mismo tiempo sin necesidad de más transceptores. Funcionan con dos pilas AAA por transceptor.

Estos triggers son perfectos ya que no hace falta transmiror y receptor ya que ambos tienen ambas funciones y tu indicas cual es. Funcionan perfectamente y cumplen la misión que tienen. Si algun día adquiero algun flash más seguro que comprare más, ya que es mucho más fácil iluminar la escena y como se desea con el flash fuera de la cámara y sin limitaciones de distancia por culpa de cables.En referencia al precio me pareció que tenían un excelente precio en comparación con otro de mismas característcas.P.D.: Edito mi opinión porque vi en los comentarios que a alguien no le dispara a más de 1/125 y que pone que dispara a 1/200, a mi si que me dispara a la velocidad indicada, incluso a más.
